How to send electronic large files to the RIF Office?

How do I send large files to the administration?

Please note that this website is accessible in both French and English.

Go to https://francetransfert.numerique.gouv.fr/upload and add the files you wish to send to the RIF Office, as well as your email address and the email address of your recipient, then press send.

The website will send you a verification code to your email address, which you will need to enter on the website. The email may take a few minutes to be received. Please check your spam if you do not receive the mail.

You will then receive confirmation on your email address that the package has been sent to your recipient.

Your recipient will receive two emails, one containing the password to access the package sent and the other containing the link to the transfer page for downloading the package.

Once the package has been downloaded, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your recipient has downloaded the package.

On the site, you can view the packages you have sent to the administration by clicking on "My account" at the top right of the screen. If you click on the pencil to the right of an envelope, you will be able to see whether or not your recipient has downloaded the file you sent them.

To send large files to the administration, log in to the following address: https://melanissimo-ng.din.developpement-durable.gouv.fr

After entering your email address and the security code, you will receive an email like this: Copy the code (CTRL-C) then click on the proposed link: you are directed to a page where you can enter your message and insert the large files. The code is a security key to verify that you are the sender. Paste the code in the indicated place (CTRL-V).

Regarding the files to be sent, it is preferable to group them in a single zip. file.
Additional information:

• the average loading time for 200 MB is 30 minutes (depending on the network);
• the retention period (storage on a server) depends on the message size (example: 1 GB → 3 days max, 500 MB → 4 days max, etc … , maximum 14 days);
• when the retention date expires, a message is sent to the issuer with a
  summary report of file downloads.
