Communication from the Ukrainian Government on the verification of seafarers certificates issued by Ukraine
The Ukrainian government has issued a communication to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) following problems encountered with the authentication of seafarer certificates issued by Ukraine.
The Ukrainian government reminds that this verification is carried out exclusively by the Ukrainian state at this address.
In the event of detection of false certificates, the Ukrainian government invites you to make a report to office@marad.gov.ua.
