Nominative social declaration (DSN by the employer)

The nominative social declaration (DSN), available for seamen since January 1, 2020, has been extended from January 1, 2021 (information on this reform here).

This declarative procedure is coupled to the employer’s payroll system and requires that the payroll software be compatible with the "maritime" declaration DSN.
Employers who are not equipped with it, can use a third-party reporting agency referenced with such software. ENIM financial support can be granted to small companies with a maximum of 4 employees. A financial support system is available for small business in the maritime sector (maximum of 4 seamen employed ).

List of referenced third-party reporting agencies, regularly updated, accessible on the site: marins.urssaf.fr. Employers with a third-party reporting agency other than those on the list are invited to inform their third-party reporting agency of this referencing procedure.
